Calif. could be first state to ban foam containers

The bill by state Senator Alan Lowenthal, a Democrat, would prohibit restaurants, grocery stores, and other vendors from dispensing food in expanded polystyrene containers beginning in 2016. http://www.boston.com/lifestyle/green/articles/2011/08/29/california_could_be_first_state_to_ban_foam_containers/
